She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Bowen and Ruth Bowen (Magrum); and her brother Brian Bowen. She is survived by: her husband Paul W. Rowan; her son Dustin Rowan (Ashley) of Pemberville; her grandchildren, Paisley and Preston Rowan; and her brothers, Daniel Bowen, Timothy Bowen of Oak Harbor and Donald Bowen (Bonnie) of Woodville.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials take the form of contribution to: Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
