With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Frye (Georgetown, Ohio), born in Ripley, Ohio, who passed away on April 29, 2020 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus Barr and Minnie Barr (Smalley); her husband Harold E. Frye; and her siblings, Everett, Billy Barr, Blanche Jamison and Lena Fredrick.
She is survived by: her daughter Judith Greenlee (Rudy) of Hamersville, Ohio; her grandsons, Michael Brownlee (Karen) of Georgetown, Ohio and Steve Brownlee of Georgetown, Ohio; her great grandchildren, Nik Brownlee of Sardinia, Noah Brownlee of Georgetown and Angel Detro of Loveland; and her stepgrandchildren, Darien Browning of Georgetown and Shane Browning of Indiana.
Due to the COVID-19 Virus Pandemic, private funeral services will be held Monday, May 4, 2020 at the Cahall Funeral Home in Georgetown, Ohio.
