She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Smith and Elizabeth Smith (Routte). She is survived by: her husband Mike Mills; and her siblings-in-law, Cheryl Phillips of Georgetown, Ohio and Bobby Mills (Sharon) of Felicity. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
During the visitation and funeral service facial masks are required and social distancing will be observed.
