He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Sr. Streight and Norma Streight (Emerson); his brother Melvin Streight Jr.; and his niece Katrina. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Zacharias (Karl), Jammi Streight and Timothy P. Streight Jr. (Heather); his grandchildren, Angelita Macek (Zachary), Karl Zacharias Jr. (Alexa), Alexis Laws (Clay), Emily Zacharias, Logan Streight, Kaitlynn Streight and Mason Streight; his great grandchildren, Gabriel, Elijah and Willow; his siblings, William Streight, Tammy Goodsite (Ernest) and Tina Streight; his girlfriend Lisa Stephens; and the mother of his children Kathy Streight. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
