He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Sradeja and Ann Sradeja (Hrabal). He is survived by: his wife Dianne Avery; his stepson Brandon Cohen (Jessie); his grandchildren, Simon, Noah, Henry, Leonard "Lenny" and Claire Callis; his siblings, Karen Hahnefeld and Jim Sradeja (Debbie); his nephew Scott Hicks (Cindy); and his nieces, Jennifer and Kelsey.
