He was predeceased by: his father Birthel Theodore; his wife Jackie; his daughters, Donna Kay and Baby Girl Jeffries; his siblings, Connie and Terry; and his siblings-in-law, Lori Jeffries, Sue Gower and James Nutt.
He is survived by: his son Frank Jeffries (Darla); his granddaughter Rachael Jeffries; his great grandchild Natalie Jeffries; his siblings, Ted (Carol), Lee (Kathy), Jay (Judy), Shirley Loy (Larry), Jack, Dwight (Cindy), Ron (Glenn Mullen) and David Jeffries; and his siblings-in-law, Mike Nutt (Tonda) and Sharon Nutt. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions can be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
