He was predeceased by: his parents, James A. Williams and Eva F. Williams (Cutcher); and his brother Larry Williams. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen (Mills); his children, Jimmy Williams (Heather), Jessica Watkins (James) and Elizabeth Wilson (Brian); and his stepchildren, Andrew Hebert (Kristal), Nicole Linder (Tim) and Adam Hasselbach (Amber). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
