We are sad to announce that on October 18, 2023, at the age of 92, Charles Bailey of Genoa, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Bailey and Iva Kelsey Bailey; his sister Vivian Bailey; and also Cathy Martin. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Stevens. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Ever the Southern gentleman, he did have a stubborn streak and didn't like a lot of 'fuss.' Therefore, in lieu of flowers, donations in his memory can be made to Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church (Toledo).
