He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Fowler and Georgianna Fowler (Partridge). He is survived by: his former wife Deborah L. Forren; his wife Debbie; his children, Tabitha Fowler, Caleb Fowler and Elijah Fowler (Kari); his grandchild Kinsley of Geneva; his siblings, Charlene Hopkins (Vernon) of Geneva, Cheryl McLaren of Ashtabula and Roland Fowler (Apryl) of Nicholasville, KY; and his stepmother Lois Fowler of Ashtabula.
