He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Cook and Nora Cook (Smith); his wife Dorothy Hummel; and his sister Esther Legath (Cook). He is survived by: his children, Connie Debevec (Mark), Diane Link (Gus), Marge Richards (Roger), Dale Cook (Bunnie) and Janice Cook; and his siblings, Winnie Kruper (Cook) and Wil Cook. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren.
