She was predeceased by: her parents, Erland Hanson and Bernice Hanson (Larson); her husband Clayton E. Finstad; her sister-in-law Arlyn Hanson; her daughter Peggy Adams (Margaret Finstad); and her daughter-in-law Bonnie J. Finstad.
She is survived by: her children, Beth Carney (Colin) of Geneva, Helen Doroba (Leigh) of Ashtabula, Kat Marak (Paul) of Marana, Arizona, Deb Childers (Bryan) of Tucson, Arizona, Kevin Finstad of Pinehurst, Texas and Jo Finstad (Mike Bohn) of Winter Springs, Florida; her brothers, Everett Hanson and Larry Hanson (Sharon) of Fairfax, Minnesota; and her cousin Kristi Halverson of Marysville, WA.. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, and 16 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a donation to St John's Lutheran Church in Geneva, or to the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
