He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Liz" Perry; his sons, Kurtis Perry and Bryon Perry (Kristin); his grandchildren, Mackenzie Perry, Lily Perry and Chad Bean; and his siblings, Nina Perry (Roger), Pamela Perry, Sherry Durkovic (Rick), James Perry (Cheryl), Donald Perry (Rhobyrda) and Melodi Torres (Julio).
