He was predeceased by: his mother Ilene Spade; and his niece Alisa Capezio. He is survived by: his father LeRoy Spade Sr.; and his siblings, Barry Spade (Sharon) of Noperville, Illinois, Sharon Selman (Robert) of Geneva, LeRoy Spade Jr. (Ramona) of Geneva, Bonnie Balaban of Geneva, Becky Inman of Perry and Norma Clark of Geneva. He is also survived by Several Nieces and Nephews along with grands and 1 great-grand nephew.
