He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jennie Kalb, Russell and Jean Crouser. He is survived by: his parents, Jeffrey Kalb and Cheryl Kalb (Crouser); his friend Absolute Intense Wrestling; his brother James J. Kalb; his uncles, Owen Crouser and Howard Crouser (Marianne); his nephew Jason Rogers, Jr.; his aunt Karen Dougherty (Jim); and his cousins, Tim and Todd. He is also survived by nephews, nieces and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent, in Jeffrey's name, to AIW c/o John Thorne, 5857 Bucyrus Dr. Cleveland, OH 44144.
