She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Perkins and Marvel Perkins (Peters); her son Russel Gene Starkey Jr.; and her brother Richard Perkins. She is survived by: her husband Russel Starkey; her sons, Jeffrey (Amy) and Douglas Starkey (Marsha); her grandchildren, Lindsay Starkey (Mike Roberto), Lauren McKenna (Shane), Anthony Starkey (Leslie) and Katelyn Strauser (Kevin); and her great grandchildren, Barrett, Wyatt, Colton and Delphia.
