It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet Whaley of Geneva, Ohio, who passed away on April 17, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Janet Whaley to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Novak and Mildred Novak (Wharram); her husband Richard P. Whaley; and her siblings, Joel Novak (Bonnie) and Judith Hudson (William).

She is survived by: her brother James Novak (Kay); her sons, Scot R. Whaley (Patricia) and Rick E. Whaley (Ann); and her grandsons, Robbie, Richard, Mitchell, Trenton, Nicholas and Jacob.

Due to COVID restrictions, service at the church will be for family members only.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to the United Church of Geneva music committee, 75 S. Broadway, Geneva, Ohio 44041 or to the Geneva Food Bank, 505 W Main St, Geneva, OH 44041.
