She was predeceased by: her parents, Eunice Argust (Lossing) and Edison Argust; and her husband Dean G. Phelps. She is survived by: her children, Melissa Phelps and Scott Phelps; her grandsons, Joshua and Jacob (Mariah); her sister Joan Rickel (Lee); her sister-in-law Kathleen Lastition; and her great grandchildren, Dominic and Jayden.
