With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elaine Sweeney of Geneva, Ohio, who passed away on December 26, 2020 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Fred Hemminger and Dorothy Hemminger (Lines); her husband Paul Sweeney; her children, Paul (Doree) of Geneva, Billy of Geneva, Brian (Lani) of Geneva, Carol Coffman (Brandon Sublett) of Geneva and John (Melanie) of Columbus; her grandchildren, Brian Billig (Anita), Billy, John Sweeney and Sarah Williams; and her siblings, Shirley McHugh (Tommy) of Andover, Linda Brobst (Bob) of Saybrook, Nancy Mack (Dave), Dave Hemminger of Ashtabula, Tom Hemminger and Larry Pay of Geneva. She was also cherished by 5 Great-Grandchildren.
