He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Thompson and Marjorie Thompson (Simmons); and his siblings, George and Ruby. He is survived by: his wife June Rockhill; his children, Joanne McConnell (David), Judy Taylor, Bill Thompson (Virginia Miller) and Janie Burdick (Duane); his grandchildren, Nicole (Nicholas), Kristen (Bryce), Jennifer, Amanda, Eric, Jacob, Lauren, Ella and Jill; his great grandchildren, Ethan, Kinsley, Dylan and Mackenzie; and his siblings, Betty Hudak and Paul Thompson.
