She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Hummel and Ava Hummel (Headley); and her siblings, Elmer Hummel, Harold Hummel (Buzz), Abelbert Hummel, Glen Hummel, Eleanor Stoltz (Hummel), Lucy Loftus (Hummel), Lucille Hummel and Helen McInnery (Hummel).
She is survived by: her husband Richard H. Cook; her children, Connie Debevec (Mark), Diane Link (Gus), Marge Richards (Roger), Dale Cook (Bunny) and Janice Cook; and her sisters, Eva Bukky (Hummel) and Alice Hambleton (Hummel). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren.
