She was predeceased by: her parents, Mildred Perkins (Simmington) and Kenneth Perkins; her former husband Martin R. Carney; her husband Jason Pitzer; her grandson Kevin Carney; her son Kenneth Rolle Carney; and her brother Walter Perkins.

She is survived by: her children, Rebecca Carney, Margaret Konopka (Thomas), Martin Carney (Teresa) and Nancy Thompson (William); and her grandchildren, Martin Carney (Terye), Meghan Laylin (Ray), Edward Carney, Michael Konopka, Jeramie Konopka, Eric Konopka (Maureen), Lynn Tillman, Jamie Marano (Greg), Eve Whitaker, Nicholas Krein and Brigette James.
