She was predeceased by: her parents, William E. Lindquist and Lucy A. Lindquist (Pasqualone); and her parents-in-law, Pickford and Jean Hook. She is survived by: her husband Gary Ritter Hook; her children, Lindsey M. Hook, Amie Rae Hook, Eric R. Hook and Patrick T. Hook; her brothers, James Lindquist (Candace) and David Lindquist (Susan); and her grandchildren, Nathan Fields, Hailley Fields and Jayden Hook.
