She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Lewis and Mary Lee Lewis; her husband Robert Booth; and her sister Regina Placek. She is survived by: her children, Beth Moore, Jack Miller (Alyssa) and Cindy Kirkland (David); her grandchildren, Andrew Kirkland, Aubrey Kirkland, Anthony Moore, Abigail Miller, Jane Miller and Henry Miller; and her siblings, Ralph Lewis, Jerry Lewis, Joe Lewis, Christine Brown (Larry) and Brian Lewis (Michelle). She is also survived by many nephews, nieces, and dear friends.
