He was predeceased by: his wife Rose. He is survived by: his parents, Springer "Frank" and Faye Hoard (Westfall); his children, Frank Hoard (Diane) of Brunswick and Tina Porcase (Jeff) of Freedom; and his grandchildren, Brianna Leigh Cunningham and Lillian Rose Porcase.
