He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Chizmar and Betty Chizmar; and his brother Ernest M. Chizmar (Nancy). He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Smeznik (Brian Dehaven) and John Chizmar; and his grandchildren, Ashley, Emily, Natalie Smeznik and Johnny Chizmar.
