She is survived by: her parents, Lawrence Petras and Carole Petras; her husband Michael; her sons, Matthew (Hayley) and Nathan (Lisset); her brother David Petras; her nieces and nephews, Glenn, Sophie and Kent; her sister Kathy Eastwood (Ike); her nieces and nephews, Ele, Annemarie and Emily; her sister-in-law Lynn Boeding (Michael); her nephew Eric (Sarah); and her nieces, Sara and Ana.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the newly created Diane Minns Future Educator Scholarship GoFundMe to support graduating high school students interested in becoming educators to help them afford their college education, or to The James Cancer Hospital.
