He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Chiki and JoAnn Chiki; and his brother Ron Chiki. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Antoline Mayes; his sons, Thomas Brian Chiki of Columbus and Douglas Lee Chiki of Atlanta, Georgia; his brothers, Randy Chiki (Sue) of Hilliard, Steve Chiki (Linda) of Athens and Jeff Chiki (Nancy) of Athens; and his stepsons, Sean Wooten (Helena) of Columbus and Seth Wooten (Yalonda) of Columbus. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
