She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Oliver and Della Brown; her husband Richard J Elgin; and her siblings, Cheryl J Oliver, Timothy Oliver and Linda Hodges.
She is survived by: her children, Tanya Elgin (Chris Howard) and Joseph Elgin (Amber Smith); her sisters, Brenda "Penny" Oliver (Joe Curry), Kathy Toops (Doug), Mary Jo Fowler (Bill), Denise "Angela" Oliver and Della Rose Oliver; and her grandchildren, Kayla Elgin, Camren Howard and Makenna Elgin. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In memory of Rose, her family kindly requests donations to be made to OSU James Cancer Hospital.
