He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Cooper and Eldean Cooper; and his siblings, Rocky Cooper, Vonna Tippie, Donna Pyles, Cindy Filio and Janet Hicks.
He is survived by: his siblings, Luther Cooper and Paula McDanial (Cooper); his wife Ellen Armentrout (Cooper); and his children, Charles (Chuck), Brittany, Scott (Beth), Kevin (Nikki), Tiffany, Alex, Amanda and Dennis. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
