She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Varney and Mary Varney (Collins); her son Roscoe Browning, Jr.; her stepson Derwin Scroggins; her siblings, Arnold Varney, Raymond Varney, Charles Varney and Rosalee Rhoades; and her son-in-law David Holley.
She is survived by: her children, Arlene Holley of Gallipolis, Donald Browning (Janet) of Gallipolis, David Browning (Diann) of Gallipolis, Bert Browning (Judy) of Gallipolis, James Browning of Gallipolis and Tom Scroggins (Casey); her stepchildren, Gail Squire (Rueben) and Dwight Scroggins (Judy); and her siblings, Frank Varney (Sandy), Joe Varney, Donna Jean Crawford and Mary Ann Betz. She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
