He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Brown and Laura Brown (Allbright); his brother Carroll Brown; and his brother-in-law Mike Hardway. He is survived by: his wife Ann Brown (Hardway); his daughters, Sandy Bledsoe and Cindy Fellure; his grandchildren, Amber Fellure and Travis Fellure (Stacy); his great grandchildren, Emmy, Clint, Tucker, Boone and Everett; and his sisters-in-law, Eleanor Brown, Karen Black and Jane Geiger. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Richard's memory to the Grace United Methodist Church's Outreach Program 600 2nd.
