She is survived by: her husband Dean Martin of Crown City; her children, Kevin Martin (Laura) of Crown City and Mary Beth Smith (Jesse) of Cincinnati; her grandchildren, Hunter Dean Martin, Samantha Jane Martin and Kaylee Victoria Furrow; and her brother James "Jim" Slone (Rebecca) of Oak Hill.
