She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Henry and Patricia Ann Foreman (Franks). She is survived by: her children, Breanna Wray of Galion, Sara Pugsley of Marion, Jacob Moore of Newark and Joshua Moore of London; and her siblings, Rick Foreman of Columbus, Cheryl Buechel, Susan Foottit and Shelly Windham. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
