We are sad to announce that on February 1, 2023, at the age of 100, Thelma L. Kelley of Galion, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Albert Schumacher; her husband Paul M. Kelley; her daughter Elizabeth "Bobbie" Burba; and her brother Robert L. Schumacher. She is survived by: her sister Edna Jacobs; and her niece Jerri Deffendoll. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
