He was predeceased by: his parents, Etha Lee Tinch and Edith Marie Tinch (Turner); his daughter Sherri Winch; his grandson Christopher Tinch; and his brothers, Bob Tinch, Joe Tinch and Wendell Tinch.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Sherman; his children, Sandy Hough (Wayne) of Galion and Stephen; his grandsons, Jeffrey Tinch of Cincinnati and Scott Tinch (Janice) of Newark; and his siblings, Gale Tinch (Cheryl) of Mansfield and Linda Williams (Dan) of Lexington. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
