He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Eusey and Gladys Eusey (Feick); his wife Phyllis Eusey (Dye); and his daughter Rochelle Moore. He is survived by: his son Randall Eusey of Galion; his grandchildren, Aaron Moore of Springhill, Angela Eusey of Angola, Randall Eusey of Ontario and Zachary Eusey of Ft. Collins, Colorado; and his siblings, Lowell Eusey of Galion, Dorothy Wiggins of Galion, Janet Schneider of Galion, Carolyn Ball of Galion and Pauline Kaufold of Galion. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
