With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Jo Sheriff of Galion, Ohio, born in Morehead, Kentucky, who passed away on January 27, 2023 at the age of 80. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mary Jo Sheriff to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her father Rev. David C. Mann; her husband Rev. Virgil F. Sheriff; her siblings, Willa Mae Morrison, Sharon Davis, Zona Stamper, David Mann, Dennis Mann, Darrell Mann, Donavan Mann and Debra Harris; and her children, Norman Hargett, Anthony Hargett and Joyce Thorton.
She is survived by: her sons, Jimmy Hargett (Marilyn) of Carroll and William Hargett (Cynthia) of Lancaster; and her stepdaughters, Victoria Kohls of Mansfield and Dawn Sheriff of Galion. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren: step grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
