She was predeceased by: her husband Otto Carpenter; and her siblings, Bertha Taylor, Lela Rose, Ida Carpenter, Ruth Davis, Harry Davis, Charlie Davis and Eathau Alcot.
She is survived by: her children, Russell Rivers (Becky) of Tompkinsville, KY, Greg Rivers (Leshia) of Ontario, Max Rivers of Polk City, FL, Joyce Rarick (Mike) of Bucyrus, Darlene Lawson (Tony, Sr.) of Galion and Gail Vanderkooi of Galion. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, along with numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
