He is survived by: his daughter Taylor Marie Clay; his parents, Frank Clay and Alice Clay; his sister Bobbie Clay-Dudash; his brother-in-law Bradley Dudash; and his brothers, Frank and Chuck. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, close friends.
