With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Harold Robert Blakeslee of Galion, Ohio, born in Elyria, Ohio, who passed away on February 4, 2023 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Harold M. Blakeslee; and his wife Blanche. He is survived by: his daughter Patricia "Trish" Petras (Matthew) of Galion; his grandson Alex Matthew Petras (Whitney Nichole); his great grandchildren, Mya and Tate Petras; and his siblings, Susan Nagy (Ronald) of Carlisle Twp, Nancy Turner (Harry) of Elyria, Joyce Clark of LeGrange, Joan Burdett (Steve) of North Ridgeville and John Blakeslee (Claudia) of Carlisle Twp. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family and they will be sending them to his favorite charity.
