He was predeceased by: his parents, George Justice and Rhoda Justice (Keens); and his spouse Shirley J. Justice (Price). He is survived by: his sons, Morgan "Ed" Minamyer (Becky Kincaid) of Galion, Doug Justice (Kathy) of Galion and Mike Justice (Leslie) of Mt. Gilead; his grandchildren, Kyle Justice, Brad Justice (Jamie Houserman), Cassandra Harvey (Brian), Jimmy Minamyer, Kristy Minamyer and Melissa Minamyer; and his sister Freda Stephens of Shiloh. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
