He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Zelczak and Pauline Zelczak (Pawlus); and his sister Anna Marie Waller. He is survived by: his son Matthew of SanFransisco, CA; his brothers, Edward Jr. of Honolulu and Paul (Carol) of Alexandria, VA; and his brother-in-law Earl Waller of Findlay.
