She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton McKinney and Rose McKinney (Zak); her husband Patrick Lynn Forsythe; her siblings, Linda Atkins, Janet Weasner, Rosemary Wolfe, Bill McKinney, Bud McKinney and Robert Zak; and her daughter Terry Lynn Wolf.
She is survived by: her children, Wendi Jay of Fremont, Lamar "Doc" Wolf (Bridget) of Fremont and Jason Wolf (Nichole) of Fremont; her grandchildren, Brady Wolf (Molly), Darby Harger and Simone Wolf (Cody); her great grandchildren, Jacob, Christopher and Ryder; and her sister-in-law Judy McKinney.
