She was predeceased by: her parents, Eldred "Pete" Bliss and Rosaline "Rody" Fisher; her husband Harold "Buck" Billow; her grandsons, Cory Smith and Byran Billow; and her sister Donna Jacobs.
She is survived by: her siblings, Peggi Miller, Norbert Bliss (Cyndi), Rebecca Withan (Robert), Hazel Fedowitz, Margarette Johnson (Gary), Mike Trautman (Linda Smith) and Donald Trautman (Sandy Johe); her children, Buster, Jeannette Dougherty (Jeff), Sue Roth (Rich) and Curt Billow; her grandchildren, Ryan Smith, Jason (Mindy), Clayton Billow, Cody Billow, Kati Beuhler (Toni), Nathan Billow, Jacob Dougherty and Lakyn Shaferly; and her siblings, David Bliss, Timothy Bliss, Joan Zink, Karen Marquart, Harley Trautman and Terry Trautman.
