He was predeceased by: his parents, William F. Green and Ada Green (Russell); his brothers, Floyd, Robert and Raymond Green; and his granddaughter Jeann'e Young.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Green (Frazier); his children, David Green (Mary) of Stuart Florida, Paul Green (Cheryl) of Coral Springs, William Green (Nanci) of Marietta Ohio, Lisa Green of Coshocton, Duane Felumlee (Heidi) of Grove City, Kim Lawler (Eric) of Frazeysburg and Amanda Reisinger (James Tackett) of Frazeysburg; his grandchildren, Robert Green, Michael Green, Paul Green, Jr., Samantha Green, Ryan Urban, Morgan Green, Alexandra Lawler, Kelsey Lawler, Nathan Lawler (Kaycie), Parker Felumlee and Landin McPherson; his brother Tom Green (Kathy); his stepsiblings, Alice Leavitt, Bea Payton, Maggie Davis, Jim Cearley, Betty Stang, Ray Cearley and Leann Bowers; his sister-in-law Karen Green; and his brother Jerry Frazier (Donna).
