Terry D. Foreman Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Terry D. Foreman of Frazeysburg, Ohio, born in Newark, Ohio, who passed away on September 11, 2022 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul M. Foreman and Eileen E. Foreman (Kelly); his wife Barbara S. Foreman (Mears); his daughters, Tamera Johnson and Sandy Foreman; and his sister Mary Alice Hockman.
He is survived by: his sisters, Betty Burchard of Iowa, Polly Hollar of Newark and Faith Mitchell of Newark; and his half-brother Paul Foreman of Thornport. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
