She was predeceased by: her parent Jay Evans; her sisters, Amy Shepler (Norman) of Frazeysburg, Alma Binckley of Newark, Roma Grigsby of Frazeysburg and Sue Bussey; her former husbands, Roy L. Booth and Jose Gomez; and her granddaughter Ronda Booth.
She is survived by: her parent Ethel Evans (Lemons); and her children, Connie Dobson of Zanesville, Lynn Wilson (Dean) of Frazeysburg, Roy Lee Booth (Lanora) of Phoenix and Ron Booth (Peggy) of Hanover, Ohio. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and twenty-five great grandchildren.
