Mercer of Frazeysburg, Ohio, born in Zanesville, Ohio, who passed away on August 5, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Mercer and Marian Mercer (Fisher); his sister Betsy Russi of Zanesville; and his children, Rick, Ed, Dale Mercer, Cindy Mercer and Carol Shepherd.
He is survived by: his wife Donna A. Mercer (Wolford); and his children, Bob Mercer of Frazeysburg, Ron Mercer of Nashport, Ohio, Debbie Howell (Gene) of Coshocton and Jackie Stone (Curt) of Nashport.
