He was predeceased by: his parent Myrl; his wife Alice Untied; and his siblings, Don, Myrl, Everett, Wayne, Richard, Charles, Mary Thunderburgh and Margaret Smythe.
He is survived by: his children, Donna Thomas and David Untied; his brother Bill Untied; and his close friend Shirley Beach. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
