He was predeceased by: his wife Karen S. Osborn (O'Dell); his great grandchild Brighton Watson; and his siblings, Calvin Osborn and Janice Osborn. He is survived by: his children, Timothy Osborn (Sheryl) of Frazeysburg, Teresa Watson (Richard) of Frazeysburg, Tammy Giffin (Tom) of Frazeysburg and Tiffany Murphy (Jason) of Frazeysburg; his grandchildren, Dylan Osborn (Melanie), Taylor Harble (Tyler), Jason Watson (Anne), Tyler Watson (Rachel), Austin Murphy (Maureen) and Genna Murphy; his great grandchildren, Lillian, Paxton, Skylan, Owen, Amelia, Evelyn and Paisley; and his siblings, Delbert Osborn (Peg) of Newark, Asa Osborn (Marilyn) of Newark, Pansy Queen of Newark, Judith Hewitt (Ron) of Newark and Joy Phillips (Ed) of Tallmadge. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
